Hanly Veterinary Clinic and Hospital Saving Animals from Death Row
Hanly Veterinary Clinic and Hospital try to rescue dogs, puppies cats, and kittens
Often circumstances change & animals become homeless.
We do our best to help out where we can.
We sometimes have our rescued pets for months before an adoptive home is found, as you can imagine we get very attached to them. We do our best to match new adoptive families with adoptee pets. However very occasionally in a new environment, or attempting to blend an adopted pet into a home with existing pets, sometimes suitability and compatibility don’t always work out as planned! Therefore we offer a return policy for the newly adopted pet.
Considering adopting a Pet from Hanly Veterinary Clinic?
A Veterinary nurse will contact you once your online application form has been processed.
We are aware you would like information and news almost straight away, however with the operation of our busy veterinary clinic and hospital, and any amount of unforeseen emergencies, in reality it could and often does take up to 14 days or more to be able to process your online application. Please understand and be patient with us, we will not forget about you once your application has been submitted. We will contact you as soon as we possibly can.
If you are currently living in a rental property, and this is intended as the home for the new adopted pet, we will require a letter from your real estate agent or owner of the property, confirming approval and permission for a pet to live there. (preferably inside as a member of your family) and definitely inside permission for small house dogs!
In the long term, if a landlord finds out after you have adopted a new pet, it would not be fair to you or the pet if the landlord insists the pet has to go. Lets do this right in the beginning and avoid potential trauma, confusion and emotional issues for both you, your family and all Pets. We’d like all new relationships and bonds with Pets to have every opportunity for success with “happily ever after” endings.
